Our story
In 2018, Tactile began with a shared passion for events and a background in technology. As we dedicated ourselves to organizing student introductions, it quickly became apparent that there was a gap between the organization's needs, visitor expectations, and what was available in the market at that time. What initially started as a solution for our own events has evolved into an organization that has been providing various services for 5 years within the realms of festivals, food trucks, fairs, Christmas markets, and, of course, student events.
Organizing an event can be complex due to the numerous vendors and the legal regulations that must be adhered to. Therefore, Tactile's services are designed to offer control, overview, and convenience. This is particularly made possible by our digital products that seamlessly communicate with each other.
The ultimate event experience
As an attendee of an event, you simply want to enjoy the company of those around you, while listening or dancing to the music of your favorite artist, without the hassle of tokens or endless queues. Our mission to create the ultimate visitor experience begins with the purchase of tickets. Prior to the event, you can check the schedule in our personalized event app and top up your credit. With our fast access control, your credit is instantly loaded onto your wristband upon entry, eliminating the need to wait in line for tokens and allowing you to make quick payments at the bar. And last but not least, at the end of the event, any remaining credit is automatically refunded.
