Event crew
Would you like to attend some of the best festivals and events this summer while earning money at the same time? At Tactile, we’re looking for enthusiastic event crew members to join our team and help us out during the summer months!
Who are we?
The Tactile ecosystem offers smart solutions for events, ranging from ticketing and visitor registration to an event app and cashless payments using wristbands. We work with all kinds of events, including university introduction weeks, student association anniversaries, and small festivals throughout the Netherlands. We have a particularly busy schedule in July and August, and that’s where we could really use your help!
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for enthusiastic event crew members to help set up and dismantle our systems on location and manage them throughout the event. You’ll also be the main point of contact for the event organisation. No previous experience is required, we’ll fully prepare you through our training afternoons.
Who are you?

You’re energetic, stress-resistant, and assertive

Having a driving licence is a big plus

You’re widely available in June, July, and August, and available for at least one week between 7 August and 29 August 2027

You’re available for two training afternoons, scheduled in June or July in Amsterdam. More information will follow later.
What do we offer?

Fun work as part of an enthusiastic team at events throughout the Netherlands, from Groningen to Maastricht and from Amsterdam to Tilburg

You’ll receive €125 per event day, which can increase to €150 per day

Food, drinks, and accommodation are arranged for you, travel expenses are reimbursed, and you’ll receive a Tactile sweater!

Please note that working hours may vary depending on the event. If an event starts before 10:00 AM or continues past 11:00 PM, accommodation will be provided

To make sure you’re fully prepared, we’ll organise two training afternoons in Amsterdam, of course followed by a fun drinks gathering!
